Parker Security & Investigative Services, Inc. was founded in 1984. We are a full service Security and Investigative Company with state certified security guards and investigators instructors. We have our own in-house instructors for classroom and firing range. The instructors are certified through the Georgia State board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies.

Our personnel are trained, vigilant, and dedicated to providing our clients with the best on-site security available. We are the only security company in Southwest Georgia to b e awarded the Albany Herald's Readers Choice "Best of the Best" award, not just once, but in 1994, 1995, 2001, and 2002. We have on staff former Secret Service and Former State Revenue Agents, also Former State Fraud Investigators and Hi-tech computer investigators, along with security consultants from most every field of expertise.

The main purpose of security is to prevent incidents and secondary to provide information for the eventual prosecution of those involved in thefts or vandalism. Security guards on-site has many advantages. One, it tends to deter vandalism, and criminal activity by their very presence. Two, there is a human on-site and trained to make decisions as the activity is happening.
